I designed this typeface a while ago but I still like to play around with it, from 2D to 3D.

For this project done at CoDe. Communication and Design New York, I redesigned the uppercase of an existing typeface to create a custom set of characters. It was a special demand from the client to have such a specific type of characters.
Then we used those characters to create their logo and the whole corporate identity of the institute.

At first I redesigned the uppercase that was the original idea and design from Claude Roubaty (Antidote-design) and than I created and designed the whole typeface. This typeface is used for all the communication of EPFL Masters degree.
I worked as well on different print material like Brochures, Posters, etc.

This typeface result from a logo project that Antidote-design did in 2005. Working on the project, doing researches, I was looking for interesting letter shapes for this particular project. At first I created only a few characters and finally I designed a whole typeface.

Experimental typeface developed to consider another way to approach downstroke and upstroke contrast.
It was published in idpure magazine 7, spring 2006.

I post it now but it was for the Fuse Typeface Competition 2005 — Typeface and Poster.
The basic idea is to have a typeface that is more readable by the human eye than by an OCR system, even if this is a real simple typeface based on a grid.

I started this project with a simple brick, I mean an 1 by 2 rectangle. I tried to create a few letters for a title, then some pictograms. Very quickly I became obsess about building stuff with this brick, so I created more pictograms and a whole typeface.
